In Japanese Irises hybridizing has sometimes produced elegant, large, flattened blooms of 6 or more falls (F) -
additional falls are almost always in multiples of three.
Unless otherwise indicated in the individual descriptions, all
cultivars are diploid.
The blooming season is relative and is designated as E (early), M (midseason) and L (late).
For reference, in central Maryland, the early season for Japanese Iris is approximately mid May into mid June,
midseason bloom is from the end of June well into July and late season blooms are seen from late July into August.
Unless otherwise noted: cultivars are $10.00 each, or 3 for
$25.00. All orders of at least $100 receive 3 additional bonus Irises of our
choice. Shipping and handling are additional, see the order form. We reserve
the right to modify prices without prior notice.
